In a #scrum environment, one of the more important events is the #dailyscrum. It is a daily meeting of around 15 minutes where the developers talk about what is planned for the next 24 hours, what has been achieved, and what might be blocking progress for that day.  

It is a great way for the team to stay connected to the big picture of what is happening in the product development, and to ensure that any potential impediments can be delegated to the person most likely to solve the problem.
