Today on Protect and Serve we sit down with Colonel Len Wassell BSc (Hons), MSyI (Ret'd) former Deputy Chief Officer, Royal Military Police.

An expert investigator and Senior Leader with experience across investigations, intelligence, insider threat, leadership and management. Len served over 38 years in the Royal Military Police predominately with the Special Investigation Branch. He completed his service as the Deputy Provost Marshal with responsibility for investigation and professional standards. Len has held appointments on UK national policing bodies for homicide and the criminal use of firearms.

In this interview we discuss Len's extensive military career and the incredibly difficult challenges he faced working on some extremely delicate investigations and the pressures that come from being a high ranking officer within the military.
