Coach Yari of Unleash! has just returned from Sonya Sophia's "Advanced EFT Practitioner Training." Similar to acupuncture, EFT focuses on the meridian points, tapping them to restore the balance of your body’s energy. It’s believed that restoring this energy balance reduces anxiety, stress, PTSD, and depression.  

Yari shares about the technique and how the training has impacted her life. Not only has she further developed her ability to guide EFT group and 1:1 sessions, but during the 10-day in-person training she also discovered deep love with a woman and has since come out as gay to her mother before her 40th birthday.
