Echuca horse trainer Terry Milner passed away in 2019 after a battle with cancer.

His wife Brenda shared their story for Dying to Know day on Saturday, August 8, which encourages end of life conversations.

We also spoke to Echuca Regional Health community palliative care nurse Pam Teh, who was one of the nurses who provided care for Terry at the later stages of his life.
