Welcome to The Vault. The Vault is a collection of episodes that were thought to be lost, but have been recovered. While many of The Vault episodes are outdated, there's still great conversations about awesome people and their passions. Since these audio files have been recovered, I wanted to still share them with the world.

Dylan is a certified personal trainer and health and wellness coach. Unfortunately there's a lot of fitness misinformation out there, so Dylan is a on a mission to be a reputable source of scientifically backed information. Dylan focuses on all the various aspects of health. More times than not, people think about just their physical health in terms of going to the gym, but Dylan teaches people how to use their body for the reasons that it is meant to. Dylan is always happy to help people on their health journey and does what he does for the love of it. Dylan is such a knowledgeable coach and I know that he's going to help many people reach their full potential by encouraging them to get moving and use their bodies the way they are meant to.

In this episode Dylan talks about what it means to be “heathy”, the evolutionary perspective of health, the synergistic effect of the physical and mental components to health, walks us through a health consultation, and much more!
