With physical menus, this was virtually impossible, but now with

  • Delivery platforms
  • 1st party ordering systems
  • Digital menu boards
  • QR Code ordering
  • Restaurants are able to dynamically price at scale.

    Chipotle is a great example of a success story using dynamic pricing. In their spring earnings report, they credited pricing as one of the reasons why they saw major growth over the last year.
