I have once again taken it upon myself to rename this episode. Ep 12 " Blake's Blindness"  is a who's who among man-trum aficionado's.
 He throws a fit upon his bed
, he wears sunglasses on his head,
 He throws a fit upon the couch ,
 his family watches him sulk and pout.  
Blake has several Iconic mood swings this episode and the rest of the family tip toes around his new ailment.  Sammi Jo threatens hillbilly hell if Steven doesnt man up and Alexis vies for the  title of Mummy Dearest by promising to make Krystal pay for stealing the attention of Dr. Nick " house call on fleek" Tosconi!
