Kyle Kirkwood is a former Usport (football) athlete from the University of Ottawa. He would go on to be drafted into the CFL by the BC Lions, and ultimately made the jump from Pro-Sports to the sports industry after suffering a career ending injury. Kyle has held positions with the Ottawa Senators, Ottawa Redblacks, Ottawa 67's and more. We also discuss what a "post-COVID" fan experience might look like at sporting events moving forward.
