Today is Ellen's first solo episode with the lovely Danika Quesnel. Danika is a researcher focused on the role of exercise in the treatment of eating disorders. Since the completion of her MSc, Danika has contributed peer-review publications to the field of exercise and eating disorders, perfectionism, body image, and problematic internet use.
