Many dyslexics struggle with reading, it's the trait that everyone knows and recognises. But it isn't always what people think.
I can actually "read" really well, but often I find that that means with my fast moving brain that I skim read.
This can be a great asset, but it can also mean that I sometimes get totally the wrong meaning from a piece of text.
Today I am talking about how skim reading an email led me to completely misunderstand what was actually being said.
