"Hello everyone. It's the first time I've had that experience. Namely, I had to complain because of the sound being too loud in a movie theater in Switzerland, in Lausanne. Yes, the sound was too loud in comparison to previous times. I went out and announced it and I was pretty convinced they would do something about it. They came and checked and finally they decided against lowering the volume. They offered some KS pads to help me reduce the sound and finally they reimbursed."
