It's like Skellig in a way. It's a rugged cliff on the edge of the Atlantic, and a great refuge of serenity and peace. Join me now as I look out on the Atlantic and ask myself the question, what is the meaning of a Retreat. You can notice by my voice that I was slightly under the influence of a cold, but even that didn't interfere with the powerful effect of just being there.
