We rented a beach house in Seagrove Florida for a week with Corey, Zack and our families.  In Part 1, we chat about our first day and our impressions of this beautiful stretch of beaches.  We also talk about the difference in renting a house off of the beach vs a giant condo on the beach.  And of course we are drinking new beers cause that's what we do.  Part 2 will post in a week and it will run down the whole trip and our final thoughts.
