Today, Venessa Vershaw, CEO of Reinvention Organisational & Leadership Development Specialist stops by to chat. Vanessa is an executive level organizational psychologist, executive coach, facilitator, and author with over 18 years of broad international consulting experience.  Vanessa brings innovative, global solutions to both public and private sector clients across industry sectors.  Vanessa has written published articles on topics relating to strategic human resource management, leadership, culture and organizational psychology.  She was the Deputy National Chair of the Australian College of Organisational Psychology. Previous roles saw her as Principal in a WA organizational development firm, State Manager for an organizational research firm and as Vice-President and National Practice Lead for a number of Canada's leading human capital solutions firms. She is now Managing Director of her own organizational and leadership development consultancy in Perth, Western Australia.
