Today we are taking a break from the news.  September was a tough month in light of Charlie Kirk's assassination, remembering 911, Charlies Memorial, it was a heavy month.

So today we are going to step back and find some encouragement in a book called Legacies of Valor: Traits of Character - The Noble & the notable.
