Suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death in Americans ages 10 - 34.  Yet there is no real system of support in place to care for those at risk or in immediate danger.  There is no consistency in hotlines, hospital care, or crisis care.  Sarah shares her experience in the system in hopes that if we make enough noise, we can create real change.
