Joy Poole, the leadership coach and imposter syndrome fighter! Aka, my white witch!

Joy spent 20 years of her career climbing the ranks of big consulting and tech firms such as Facebook and Capgemini. One could thinkthat, with a glorious career like hers, she would have never experienced imposter syndrome but WRONG. Joy says I quote:

“ along this journey, I battled with crippling cases of perfectionism and Imposter Syndrome. When I finally learned to un-learn those destructive mental habits, I became fascinated with how our consciousness can determine the trajectory of our careers, businesses and lives.  Helping others to tap into the answers and success they already had inside their hearts and minds became my favourite part of any role I   had.  And now, as a leadership coach and speaker, I get to do just that daily.
