Why don’t women scale their business as men do? Why don’t they make as much money as men do? And I am actually talking about like-for-like businesses. Take a photographer. Why a male photographer earns more than a woman as a general rule? And more importantly, what can we do about it?
These questions have been at the forefront of my mind since I started my journey in women empowerment. And I would never diminish the importance of systemic errors and inequalities that have caused a lot of barriers for women to advance in the
workforce
The fact is women business owners start the race way behind their male counterparts, and they have more systemic barriers than their male counterparts. But we all know.
Having said that, the change will start and get stronger within...
Unless we make sure to champion and be strong for ourselves ... the change will not happen.
In this episode, I will talk about some deep stuff that I hope will help you take your business and your life to a place of fulfilment and satisfaction.
