Alex Meyers first showed up in my life about 18 or so years ago when I coached him in 9th grade football. Alex's transformations from 9th grade until present day is something you would have to see to believe. As a matter of fact, you can if you follow him in IG @a_meyers215
In H.S. Alex went from not wrestling his freshman year to taking 6th at States as a Senior. He is one of the few students to ever earn a PA State Wrestling Medal from Hatboro-Horsham High School. After HS, Alex found his way into the U.S. Army. He served in Afghanistan and came home with some great friends and life experiences.
All along, Alex had a passion for BJJ. He earned his Black Belt a while back and has had quite a few Pro fights in the Octagon. He trains at Saga BJJ (co-owned by his brother Kyle). Listen in this week as Alex gives some insight into what makes him tick, motivates him and why he absolutely cannot stand messy eaters!
