On this episode, Jason shares a famous sermon from the late Evangelist Freddie Gage that's entitled, "All My Friends Are Dead!" Dude, it's sobering and powerful!

Freddie Gage (1933-2014) was born in a hospital charity ward and raised by his grandparents in a ghetto section of Houston, TX. By age 16 he became a gang-leader, but while attending a revival meeting he heard the gospel and his life was forever changed. He became a follower of Christ and God immediately called him to begin preaching the gospel.

By the age of 25, he was preaching some of the most successful evangelistic crusades in the history of the Southern Baptist Convention, breaking all attendance records. No other church evangelist of the Southern Baptist Convention received such extensive coverage by both the Baptist and National press during the 1950's and 1960's.

He later attended Decatur Baptist College and Baylor University and received an Honorary Doctorate Degree from California Theological Seminary.

Within a few years, he was being acclaimed as an authority on youth problems and had great acceptance as a speaker in public schools. He spoke to more than two million young people in over one thousand school assemblies.
