Daniel Buchman is a Swiss ex-pat that produces some of the most amazing European-style sausages in Taiwan.

Everything is homemade the European way with local ingredients in his gorgeous shop up in the mountains of Tamsui.

I had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful sausage factory and purchased some sausage and decided, we MUST introduce this lovely person and great sausage to the world. Bacon is great as well.
