In this episode, we interview Susan Corcoran the co-founder and CEO of the Keller Williams Complete Hamilton and Keller Williams Complete Niagara brokerages. She's also a certified John Maxwell Professional Coach, A Quantum Leap Instructor, and Educational Speaker. Mother, Wife, Daughter, Mentor, Coach, Speaker, Business Owner, Real Estate Investor, Baseball Chaser, with a few more labels in the works!

Susan grew up in Toronto and moved to Hamilton 5 years ago. Her career background is in tech, software and the communications industry in sales and leadership roles. She's launched 5 successful start-ups and built KW Complete in 2014 with her husband (which is now the 3 largest brokerage in the GHA with 225 agents). In 2017, she and her husband launched KW Niagara and it's already in the top 10 brokerages in the region!

A big part of being successful is also GIVING BACK. In 2019, Susan joined the executive leadership team for the Be The Change organization, a charitable foundation focused on being the change we want to see in our own backyard. 

In this interview, we chat with Susan about how she got to where she is now, her biggest failure, what she would tell her younger self, what characteristics make a successful female leader, her personal mantra, her number one piece of advice, finding a balance between work and having a life, her greatest accomplishments and the best advice she can give all of us.
