Hi I’m Arun Gray and welcome to the pain prevention podcast.
Join me each week as I share bite sized snippets of information about common injuries and painful conditions in a simple to understand way, cutting out the waffle.
I’ll share common causes and symptoms of various injuries and how to manage them.
As well as injury prevention advice, and the odd expert guest from the world of physiotherapy and sports performance.
I’m a sports therapist based in the UK with an interest in avoiding unwanted injuries and getting rid of aches and pains after struggling with various injuries through my very amateur sporting career.
I’m going to be speaking to a range of different people from injury experts, elite sports physios and your every day Doris who’s lived with a bad back all of her life.
Episodes will cover a number of different topics from how pilates might treat your back pain, how to build bulletproof knees and what it takes to develop supple shoulders.
