I had the honour of speaking with Shelly Tavares someone I hold dear and that I’ve known for a lifetime. She is  an inspiration a go getter and extremely self-driven. A characteristic of hers that I admire is how she seamlessly adapts to any situation. Her journey is one that is special and courageous so I asked her to join me here to share her story with you all.
