In this week's episode, The Sweats go on a nostalgia trip to discuss their history with gaming consoles! The discussion kicks off with the Xbox 360, with Ryan reflecting on his "disc-tile dysfunction" when it came to his 360's busted disc tray, and the different methods he used to try and free his disc from its slit-shaped prison. Derick shudders at Ryan's use of the word "slit," and rightfully so. Chris later threatens to ban the word if Ryan uses it again. The PlayStation 2 gets a much deserved shoutout, and Derick lists some of his favorite "buddy" games such as Jak and Daxter and Ratchet and Clank. Chris brings up the Nintendo Wii (aka the GOAT) and lists off all the accessories he needed to play it, which leads The Sweats to ponder the question: "What does using or not using the Wii remote strap say about one's personality?" Some Wii games are discussed, with Ryan saying how he would sweat while playing Wii Tennis, and Chris describing how he would brutally choke people in The Godfather without remorse. The episode concludes with a focus on modern consoles, including how bad Xbox's console naming has become, and a look ahead to some new console games The Sweats are excited to play (hint: not many).
