In prior episodes we have defined culture, but here we are going to discuss how you would go about determining your culture. You always have to start with yourself and come up with what you want the culture to be. Next you would have to determine what your culture actually is and what it’s going to take to close that gap. Differences in your vision and the actual culture can cause confusion and issues for your employees.
