Having trained Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for nearly a year, I have grown in the love for the sport, for myself and my children. Developing new skills, additional strength and calmness, and being part of a community with others who love training Jiu Jitsu, fellow Mums, other parents and friends has been one of the most fulfilling things to do in this time.
