On the inaugural episode of the Noir Realty show, Tamika and John welcome Chiquita Lindsay and her daughter, Kisha Lindsay into the studio. Chiquita is widely known as the “Queen of Real Estate” in Louisville and has helped countless African-American women begin their journey in real estate investment. Kisha Lindsay shares the story of buying her first house and later turning it into her first rental. Since then, she has developed into one of the most effective real estate investors in Louisville.

Chiquita recounts the story of how she first got into real estate investment and how she has grown her business and mentorship program. She is an accomplished author and leader in the community. She seeks to enable her mentees to launch a successful real estate investment ventures and pass on valuable knowledge to others.
