Corn and soybean farmers across the Midwest experienced a range of weather conditions in 2021, from early-season drought to heavy rain throughout the Corn Belt. Farmers also managed various disease, insect and weed pressures, including tar spot, SDS, corn rootworm, soybean gall midge, waterhemp and Palmer amaranth, to name a few.
