In this episode, we interview Valerie Simoneau, Val has been rockin the real estate Admin world for 5 years as Director of Operations for Knighton Real Estate Advisors and she has recently started a coaching company focused on Real Estate Operations,  whether it is Real Estate or life she is a huge supporter and advocate for women in Business.

Before getting into Real Estate Val had run a successful women's networking group for years and then partnered with a powerful women's group called Revolutionher to be surrounded by even more powerful women.

Val is very involved in Coaching, Mentoring and Teaching women in business and has been working with successful women since 2010 building their own businesses, Specifically in start up companies, and MLM Business owners.

She believes that women should be lifting each other up, we have a powerful platform that we shouldn't be using against one another.

Her favorite role of all time is being a Mom to her 3 amazing little men and a wife to her husband of almost 17 YEARS!!!

In this interview, we chat with Valerie about how she got to where she is now, how she beat the odds of her home town and overcame shyness.
