In this episode Tony discusses his passion for property management and what events in his life spawned and fostered that passion. Throughout his childhood, Tony was exposed to what a real property manager can and should be through his mother. When an industry has passionate people in it, it tends to thrive, and the passion spreads to, and inspires others in the industry. Staying positive and sharing that positivity with others helps to breed passion as well.
