In this episode, we interview Richelle West, the Team Leader and current Director of Operations of a high achieving real estate team in Ottawa. She has a strong interest in developing great business leaders through relationship building and awesome systems. Richelle is a people person, someone who aspires to always come from contribution and show kindness to others in every facet of her life.

As an individual, Richelle is learning based, driven, passionate about people and creating opportunities.  She continues to have an open door policy, with the goal of providing support and knowledge to all of the members of the West Team, and colleagues alike. 

As a child, both of Richelle's parents were real estate agents and history repeated itself when she met her now husband, also in the Real Estate industry. Today, Richelle and her husband lead a team of 13 incredible people and pour their knowledge and experience into them so that they in turn can grow big businesses and fund their own perfect life.
