In this episode, we interview Janna Frederick, a successful Realtor in Southern Ontario and founder of the Women in Business Network group.
After growing up in London Ontario, Janna moved to Hamilton to study at McMaster University where she completed her Honors Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Geography and Political Science. After graduation, Janna launched her career in real estate where she worked with a top producing team and quickly took over management of the organization, growing it to one of the top in the city.
After stepping out to start her own real estate business in 2018, she quickly realized that her passion lied in helping others succeed. In 2020 she founded the Women In Business networking group as a space to help women realize their full potential with their goals through business planning, financial investments and personal development. She truly has a passion for empowering women to become the best version of themselves.
This passion has expanded into other areas such as team and corporate/business coaching and consulting as well as other mindset and personal development coaching.
She has a natural talent for taking complicated scenarios and finding solutions for her clients and firmly believes in the "care concept" when working with people. Her passion for real estate and personal development is trumped only by her love of donuts & her Maine Coon, Freddy as well as travelling (to as many places as she can)!
In this interview, we chat with Janna about failing forward, priorities, being a life long learner, and aligning yourself with your values.
