In this episode, I speak with Robert Pugh; we talk about his journey and how photography pretty much saved his life and gave him a way out of some struggles around his mental health, emotional state, just a sense of purpose that he needed to have and something to dig into that has sustained him. Robert will take us through not only some very personal parts of his journey but also will give us things to walk away with. He gives us multiple workshops, week-long workshops to work through because he will give us assignments that can provide us with a way to learn an assignment that is short and sweet, and his words that isn't super daunting going in but can be profound in terms of our takeaway.
