Today's topic is silence the negative voice in your mind. I wanted to share this topic because I was doing this to myself, that is I was being internally harsh, mean and negative with myself. I, therefore, am sharing this in order to help people who have and are undergoing the consequences of their inner negative voice.
Being constantly negative and critical of our work, relationships, health, etc. We unknowingly suppressing ourselves. One thing that we need to engrave deep into our hearts is that we are our own cheerleader.
