In this episode Tony discusses his decision to hire his fiance and the possible issues and benefits it could have for the business and the relationship. She decided she didn’t want to be a hairstylist in post COVID times due to crushingly strict new guidelines and made the jump to become a leasing agent with Tony. To give up a 25 year career and jump to a completely new one takes a great amount of courage just as Tony had when he made the same decision in 2013.
