On this episode of the Blending In Podcast, I’m chatting with Samia Muhareb, an 8th grade Social Studies teacher at Rancho Viejo Middle School who loves blending in technology to help history come alive for her students!

In today’s episode, Samia discusses how she has incorporated experiences like virtual field trips to places around the world like the caves in France to virtual tours of museums or historic sites like Thomas Jefferson’s home in order to make learning history memorable and meaningful for her students.  She even discusses how she utilized Google Meet with a program called Judges in the Classroom to have a judge from Riverside County conduct a virtual mock trial with her students!  Listen to learn more about how this dynamic history teacher is tapping into her technology resources to make history come alive for her students!
