This is the quarantine episode no 7. Today's topic is taking necessary action to cure anxiety. In the world we live in anxiety was never new to us but due to the start and spread of Covid-19, the anxiety level has shot up.

Each one us is worried about things like protecting family and self from the virus, the unpredictable economy. And other stress like availability of essentials and necessities during the lockdown. Suffocation of staying indoor, sanitizing every product that comes in the house and much more.

I experience stress when I am seeing or reading COVID 19 related news on youtube, twitter and whats app. The way I deal with anxiety is by following 3 steps. 1st is Questioning, 2. Writing and 3 Taking Appropriate Action.
