This episode I'm spending time with a beautiful spirit, an individual who stands with great purpose. She is an essential member of not only my family, but an incredible friend. She is genuine through and through, and I respect her to the fullest because she is someone who knows her worth and value. Cian Knight is one of my constant reminders to do better when I catch myself slipping.
