Megan is a Doula and Childbirth Educator who shares her knowledge on navigating your sexuality through pregnancy, post-partum and motherhood. Together we discuss how these life changes can affect your sex life and how this transition can actually be a gateway to deepening your connection to your sexuality. Our conversation brings awareness to the challenges one can experience during pregnancy and childbirth, with regards to their sexuality, from self-identity, to body image and societal expectations. Through her company, Bump and Glow, Megan's mission is to let people know that there is support through all the stages of pregnancy and birth.
