Our life challenges are like icebergs - most of what's there is never seen. Unfortunately, what is seen is often the the part that reflects the least of us. In episode 41, we invite Bobby Rox (father, son, radio host, DJ, human, community leader) to discuss how we work as a community on the parts of ourselves, and our relationships that are rarely seen for the betterment of our children. Accountability is the guardrails of our familial units, and we need more of it.
