Finding Proof of Success
Success is defined in many different ways across many areas, whether it’s personal satisfaction, monetary success, or professional achievement. Now, you have to be sure to identify where the marketplace is headed and provide proof that it's happening (not only in words). There needs to be some sort of business element to it so you're not just making a bet based on the hypothesis. Therefore, make sure there’s proof to show you that you can be successful in it, whether on the basis of income generation or positive movement – versus just an idea.
Why Surround Yourself with Experienced People
As an entrepreneur, surround yourself with experienced people who have already done the entrepreneurial route and have done the things you need the company to do. Surround yourself with people who are smarter or who have an understanding of different landscapes because you can't see everything as an entrepreneur.
There's no beating experience. Listen to them extremely well. That doesn't mean you have to do what they say since you've got your own vision. But if you listen well, you can avoid the fatal errors as well as the more painful ones.
