We are in the unique position with our customers being small brands that we can validate our customer’s feedback and experience – far more than big brands! You don’t need to implement everything your customers suggest – but understanding that your success and your customer’s successful shopping experience are intertwined and relay on each other is a great mindset to cultivate.
