It should be obvious that we need to thank volunteers, and I think it is obvious to all of us that we we need to thank volunteers. But I think if we're not intentional it becomes a low priority and it goes on the back-burner. It's something that we just are in the business of scheduling and doing things and we maybe haven't stopped in a while to properly thank volunteers.
