Silvia Martinelli is the founder of S&B Gluten Free, the company behind Otimo® cheese puffs.

Silvia immigrated to Canada from Brazil in 2007 and created her own business a few years later—based on her favorite snacks.

Her business was featured on the Canadian version of Shark Tank, we call it here Dragons' Den.

She is now growing her business presence in several Canadian provinces and also online.
