In this episode I talked with Robin Beier about changing behaviour, why it is so hard, and how you can successfully do it. Robin is a nutrition coach and one of the coaches at Precision Nutrition, so he is specialized in changing habits.
Most people know how a healthy diet looks. Yet, many struggle to eat accordingly, Robin explained why this is the case and how we can change that narrative. He also talked about ambivalence and how it can help us to uncover what we truly want, what really matters for us, and how we can make sure that we live according to our values. Further, we also talked about the habits of sleeping enough and training with the intention to create an individualized holistic approach to health and fitness.
