Nicole Pumphrey, Deputy Director, Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians joins the program to discuss the International Professionals Program (IPP), a partnership between WC and PWI.

The program is first of its kind in the nation to be supported by federal workforce funding through Philadelphia Works Inc. and target foreign-trained immigrant professionals.
