My name is Paul Sebastian. I am a registered nurse and a stress Management consultant. Back in Nursing school, we learned about Stress and its effects on the human body. At that point I decided to help others learn how to help manage their Stress.
I have worked in human services for 38 years. As a R.N.I have worked on Medical-Surgical floors, in Nursing Homes (as a Nurse Educator) and with developmentally disabled adults,. I was also in the National Guard for 13 years and achieved the rank of Sergeant.
During all of those years and experiences I learned a thing or two about Stress and what it does to a body.
In this episode I introduce who I am and talk about the focus of this podcast which is to help you manage your stress while RVing.
