I am challenged often when listening, reading and observing how individuals could make some bold sweeping statements that often puts people on the other end at risk, unease, uncertainty and leaving often confused. In this episode I unpack some thoughts on what we say, and when!

These boundaries often represent & is focused on the performace between the “four white lines”. We forget about what happens outside the “four white lines” that influence performance as well. The goal is to unpack what happens inside & outside the “four white lines” & how performance is shaped in sport & business!
