In today's episode of the Captain Paul Watson Foundation Podcast we will be speaking about the fin whale, Balaenoptera physalus.  The fin whale is the 2nd largest animal on earth, reaching lengths of 88 ft, or 27 m.  The fin whale was slaughtered to the brink of extinction by whalers and is still in need of our protection.  Captain Watson plans to stop the killing of fin whales in Iceland in 2023, and with your help, he will do just that!
